If there is a science of quantum physics in theater, this would be its core textbook. At a time when the arts and sciences converge more than ever, author Maria Olon Tsaroucha speaks about a contemporary, tangible metaphysics, fusing theories of quantum physics with mindfulness and the famous method of the Actors Studio in a new harmony.
SupraConscious—The Genius within You constructs new levels of understanding designed to take you beyond analyzing and reflecting to experiencing and existing. It outlines a new system of translating the wealth of experiences you carry within you and decoding them, frame by frame. You can get in touch with your higher self, by reference to Nietzsche’s Superman and the transcendental Kazantzakis, creating a new interim transitional space that is conversant with the collective unconscious and the energy fields that connect us.
Offering an interdisciplinary exploration of acting techniques and the psychology of self, this guide presents a basic handbook on the quantum science of acting on stage and in life.

A necessary note added to this publication…
The book at hand started its journey seven years ago. The research many years earlier. The Greek publication has been released two years ago and the English publication was due to April 2020. On April 2020 a new born character -named Covit19- entered the stage of the world to rewrite the story of humanity. A virus that is considered to be the invisible enemy which affected peoples everyday lives, minds, hearts, bodies, relationships, jobs, habits, stability, peoples nations, the planet. It arrived to prove to all the simplest truth of all and yet the least perceived one. We are all connected.
As an artist carrying a strong emotional intelligence, an author demanding an intellectual’s ability and a researcher urged to structure my theory, one may think that I would feel frustration because the apparent disaster hit my world as everybody’s and damaged my plans. Living in New York for only a few years copying with the unbelievable and many times inhumane demand of being a super woman reaching gradually the top of the American dream, part of me could be very frustrated. Fortunately that is not what happened. It justified my intuition that there should be a bigger plan as the historical fate of humanity does not appear if there are no causes and my work is just a seed for the creation of the new civilization.
Let me explain. I could sense we were falling off the cliff. I never thought that I would be living the years of history’s major shift to a new era of mankind, our chance to fly and free ourselves instead of falling into haunting Middle Ages once more. What will we choose to do?
Let me explain. In the early stages of my research I was noticing that I was changing. I questioned all my thoughts and beliefs. I still do. I started being an observer of people, their behaviors, and the outcomes our actions create. The more I observed humans the more I was feeling disappointment. My optimistic nature understands that throughout history of mankind there is always a minority of enlightened examples that rediscover the wheel moving a step forward. The questions I am asking to myself are “how different, how miraculous would this world be if we were all part of the minority of the enlightened? How would it have been if the enlightened people were not a minority anymore? What would it need to happen for all people to be enlightened?”
I became familiar with the idea that the level of consciousness in humanity is still based on the basic module that is survival. Death is unbeatable and trying to deal with it is humans’ major weakness, the primal fear. Through my evolving thought I realized that this is a lie and we have been fooled. I realized that delinquent theories of thought that preclude normalcy have always been the avant-garde that resists the oppression of the human race. In our lives there is one primary cause and that is discovering our existence. Falling in love with the mysteries that are hidden deep in the soul, falling in love with our being, another human being, all human beings, all forms of life, the galaxy, the universe. Falling in love with the source of ecstasy.
Part of the theory and method to explore in this book is the following. To live is to act. What does acting mean? It is not our Ego desire, our societal imprint, religion, miseducation, it is not of becoming more, it is of becoming whole. Acting is becoming, it is evolving, it is the enjoyment of playing. In the playing there is no space and time. There is no comparison or correction. There is just one thing, being present. It is a human’s paradigm that defines a human’s actions. Outside of a human’s paradigm exists the infinite wonders of his nature, his gifts and the potential of self-actualization. Outside of a human’s paradigm there is not only life and death, there are the archetypes, there is infinity. Outside of a human’s paradigm, there is a Human with a capital H, which observes the human with a small h.
Society’s structure is based in older forms and norms, rules and principles but the world is moving so should we. You want to be a Human? Or you want to be a survivor?
We humans by definition are actors acting upon every small significant or insignificant decisions we make and our small significant or insignificant thoughts, feelings, decisions, actions are shaping our history. They create our future. They create the past of our progeny.
We depend on and from each other. A metaphor that explains wisely how each personal action is influencing the whole is the butterfly effect. When a butterfly is flapping its wings in China it can cause a hurricane in Texas. It couldn’t be timelier.
In this book I am asking the reader to view the world with the lenses of the actor you are and consider how you are a vital part of the following quote. After all acting is an energetic verb which we consider it to be a profession.
Shakespeare in his play As You Like it reveals a major truth that in our days we need to interpret it in favor of the global consciousness
All the world’s a stage,
And all the men and women merely players;
They have their exits and their entrances,
And one man in his time plays many parts,
His acts being seven ages.
We should not consider this quote a metaphor any more. If we literary perceive Shakespeare’s thought we will see that we are all entering in life when we are born, during our entire life span we are performing different assigned parts or roles, like different acts of drama and comedy and we are exiting when we die. We are all actors in a play that is called Life. In the play Life, the spring of 2020, a major historic period of mankind, is a major act and we are all performing on it.
Oscar Wilde’s made a spin on Shakespeare’s’ quote by saying, The world is a stage, and the play is badly cast. I dare to change Oscar Wilde’s quote and wish to say; The world is a stage, and the play is wonderfully cast. It is not in our best interest to act as bad actors any more.
The book at hand sheds light in thoughts you may have not thought yet. Thoughts that will sparkle your unconscious awareness. It shades light on how to be the actor, the director and the audience of your life simultaneously in favor of your promising present and the future of a peaceful, joyful and worth living world.
April 2020. It could be the beginning of the era of the Supraconscious Human.
